Out of curiosity (I already googled it) does that have more meaning then just congrats on the wedding? I know there are Chinese and Japanese phrases that don't translate all the meaning implied in to English.

It basically just means congratulations. It is used all the time when people succeed at something as well as for birthdays and weddings.

Just found out that a tiny part of Queensland might get some snow over the weekend. WTH!? That state is sub-tropical!

Did we seriously just have a end user call to tell us she needed our administrative username and passwords. She started with the Tech and when that didn't work tried me then the DevOPs guys (who don't even have admin rights to everything).
