Was good to get out of the office for the day. -
Home for the day...This week has been a series of shit sandwiches. Monday morning, I got off the elevator and I could smell that smell... Hydrogen sulfide. We have multiple UPSes that are OLD, but there were no warnings, flashing lights, beeping, no alerts of any kind. I unplugged what I could and swapped everything over to a single unit. Fingers crossed. And then yesterday we had visitors (customers) in the office for training, which meant that I had spent multiple days trying to re-mount a projector and find 2 working desktops I could use. Beer-thirty over here.

Was supposed to be getting a vaccine for yellow fever in Managua today, but they don't do it on Fridays. So going Monday.

Brrrrr... it was around freezing this morning here... clearly the end of days is upon us. Unless it goes back to 90F for a week, then it's a normal Georgia fall.

got a 4 day weekend (pretty much) coming up this weekend.
sat & sun, then no one goes to work on mon coz the melbourne cup is on, on tue, so that's a public holiday, so i'll be doing bugger all for 4 days.so, as merle says, '..think i'll just sit here and drink...'
no. those days are over for me. -
Learning Microsoft365 administrator - have to say this is pretty nice - Much like google workspaces admin stuff it's pretty intuitive and easy to get around.
guess I can add both of those to my resume now eh? lol -

What a crazy week! Bought another investment property, getting a new restaurant ready to open in under a month for the high season (high end smokehouse!!) and prepping for my first ever South American trip in just five days!!
