      Hi,

We are using network drive map via group policy of AD Win 2012. How to configure Mac Book to access that same network drive? what are my practical options?

Permanent mapped drives or a script that runs on the Mac at startup and/or login would do the trick.

You CAN push mapped drives remotely via script, but that would normally we weird and not behave as you would want (only mapping at certain times, not exactly when someone sits down to use it.)

No problem. Nothing like GPO on the Mac, but for mapped drives it is really not needed. You can also use tools like Chef or Ansible to do this. That adds a GPO like functionality to the Mac, in a way.
