How often do you use Spanish outside of usage specific to learning/practicing with Duolingo/other means?

Unless traveling, it is purely forced. I talk to some of the team in Spanish for practice and I watch Spanish programming almost exclusively when not watching with other people (and have some friends that watch Spanish programming with me like @RestoronixSean and @QuixoticJeremy )
