No one can upload anything to ML.

But both of the highlighted buttons will cause the selected image to upload to imgur.
If you get an error, that is because you did not select your category first.

That said, if the admin would turn off file uploads in the GUI the right most button goes away.

@JaredBusch I've been able to upload images to imgur on here automatically, I just drag and drop and it appears.
Now I get the permissions error.
