I think i have a comment earlier in this thread(like way back) i thought it was generic and predictable.
THe upside is that they slap a bit "generic and predictable" warning label on it so that you know that's what you are getting. It's an industry standard labeling scheme. It looks like this...

I'll go to a Marvel movie over a DC movie any day. Even if a Marvel movie wasn't showing and I had the choice between DC and something else, I'd probably go with the something else.

While I agree that the sequel was pretty amazing, the first one was definitely not in dislike territory and I question how you could not love the movie that gave us baby Groot!
