We have two of these units setup identically and this one shows errors, the other is squeaky clean. In service 2+ years now.

I'm thinking about adding more drives and making another array then adding another 6tb and recreating the existing array in R10

I'd call Synology and see what they say.

I've been using Synology for years as a backup target for many clients and have never seen these kinds of errors. And from the looks of the screen capture, looks like you're experiencing problems across many disks. Wonder if there's some kind of underlying hardware problem unrelated to the disks.

I just had my 8-bay synology die... they replaced the unit under warranty. 🙂

Yeah I'd be very concerned about it, it should not be doing that if things were happy.

That's downright scary. To me that says motherboard, back plane, or all those drives going bad at the same time (same lot number, ordered from the same place.)

Yes, those errors will concern me a lot. Usually I have seen this error on Synology with failing hardware parts as replacing the drive sometimes do not fix the issue nor a firmware update. Contact Synology support to have them check the device.
