So if you are found with part of the blockchain on your computer that has that imagery then you are breaking the law. If you were mining it they could say you were participating in transmission of illegal content.

The different is purpose. GIMP is a photo editing application. Krita is a digital painting application.
In theory, one is for modifying photographs, the other is for creating art from scratch.

In theory, one is for modifying photographs, the other is for creating art from scratch.
So a lot like InDesign and Photoshop than.

Unfortunately yes... we still have some applications that require IE and won't work with a modern browser.
Yep...we have a few Amcrest IP Camera DVR's and they ONLY work on IE. Same for a Dynamic's GP plugin called Project Cost.
