What the heck is Google One?

I think it's supposed to be a lot like O365. One platform that does it all.

They should have called it G365.

That would probably start a lawsuit. .

Google's constant rebranding is so confusing.

Could have sworn Google One was their rebranding of their S3 competitive service. Nope it's just commodity cloud storage that you purchase on top of Google Drive.

Basically it is shared storage with support. The sharing thing is new I suppose. Otherwise it is pretty much just Google Drive I think.

I may just go to dropbox just because they named it something different than everyone else...

Canonical Ltd. Has a similar name too. They call their OpenID-based service, Ubuntu One.

Nah, he would have to use a lower case "i" to get fools to throw their money at it.

The prices aren't that bad, $1000 and $700 is borderline cheap.
