I believe I have a 32GB SSD I bought to put in my Uncle's Laptop to run Linux on there so he could surf the web. Since I was footing the bill I went with the cheapest one I could find.

I've heard they take take rejects from other companies and sell them. For example a 128gb drive may only be able to be sold as 32gb for a reject.

I'm not sure if that is true or not. I also heard something similar about celerons back in the day.

For home and business purposes I only buy Samsung. Got burned by some other brands and some no name brands before, ain't worth the time or my sanity.
