For those working with BookStack for documentation, especially customer documentation for an MSP or MSP-like organization, how do you like to organize your data to make things easy to navigate?

This is what @JaredBusch is doing.

Bookshelves have now been added as a new layer to the organisation system. Has this changed this layout at all @JaredBusch?

https://mangolassi.it/topic/16482/bookstack-for-it-documentation/4Well actually, we are tweaking it to use Shelves as our top level per customer.
Then books, then chapters, then pages.
- Shelf: Client A
- Book: Some Logical Grouping
- (Rare)Pages: Some specific document
 - Chapter: Some Sub Grouping
- Pages: Some specific document

That said, I also envision a shelf to group commonly referenced books across customers. because books can be on more than one shelf.

Not in a library they can't. Unless you have multiple copies of that book and they are categorized in multiple ways.
