Outlook Calendar Syncing

Ok I have multiple employees who have office365 accounts from a customers domain. The client schedules work for them. They are unable to share a calendar to me who is outside the domain.
I need to be able to see these calendars.... any ideas? Can they sync them with their own ntg calendars?
Is there 3rd party software that will work for this?

I had/still have this problem with a client of mine. One side is O365, the other self hosted Exchange.

Yes we are on O365 as well.

No we do not have permissions via our customer to share out calendars to anyone outside of their domain. I am going to work on getting that access today.
