    USB sticks for bootable images - what do you use?

      I have a Kingston 32GB that I quite like.

        I like Sandisk. Kingston makes good stuff. There are so many brands, it's hard to remember them all off the top of my head.

          I'm thinking 8 GB is the sweet spot for bootable sticks - think of these as single purpose devices, like an old DVD. 🙂

              8GB is a good size. You won't find too many bootable images that even approach that size. UBCD has the option to add custom ISOs to it though, so having a larger flash drive in that case makes sense.

                        Don't care about poor write speed either if it is only going to be used for a bootable image. it will only be used read only after it is configured.
