This will be the reveal for 9 and likely the beta announcement.

Yeah, I know that. But in the article it says Windows 9 will be released early 2015.

That puts it a year from 8.1 and almost 2 years from 8 beta. Not really all that fast.
The problem is people are still stuck on how long XP was around.
