Twelve99 Routing Issues from Cox in Omaha to Chicago

Anyone else seeing issues? We are seeing Cox and Telia / Arelion connections between Omaha and Chicago being flaky and losing packets for about a week now. They claim the issue is visible but as not enough customers know about other customers having the issue they flat out refuse to correct the broken route. So posting so that others can see that it IS a known issue, it has been a known issue to Cox for a week at least, and it is not intentional because they aren't losing enough money to warrant providing the service that they are being paid to do.
As usual, a monopoly with no consumer protections taking advantage of the situation.
