Doing Some Updates; Expect Downtime

Attempting a few major updates today. There will be some blips. Full backup was just taken so... here we go.

First stage done, the OS is up to teh latest version (we were only the tiniest bit behind, but every little bit helps...)

And we are back on a fully updated NodeBB server.

So the issue with there being no YouTube embed plugin was caused by a NodeBB bug with the specific version we were on. Just updating NodeBB again caused the plugin to re-appear (it was always there on the server, we could see it) and voila, youtube stuff is showing again!

Okay, attempting a manual upgrade to MongoDB 6.0 which is just a wee bit epic. We are on 4.4 right now. Brace yo-selves.

We are up to 5.0. Now to go to 6.0. Sorry for all of the downtime.

And one last update from Node 15 to Node 19. I bet we are a lot faster now.
