Nine Cutting Edge Languages to Learn

InfoWorld offers their pick of the next nine programming languages to learn. Most are pretty obvious... Scala, Haskell, Dart, Go, Erlang. The surprise mention was Julia.

Not a programmer, but I haven't heard of a single one of these.

Most these are widely known in programming circles. Julia is pretty new. Most of the others are very standard languages today.
