That's for the courts to decide. Same as with any case. If you hit a friend and he gets insurance and you do it together intentionally, that's insurance fraud just the same. That it is the same person doesn't seem to add any factors that don't exist in any case of this nature.

Under my parent's insurance, yes.... oh... Then Pops could have sued me instead, lol.
Edit: I was under my parents' insurance when I was a kid.

It's the REAL Central NY. What old folks like me call the Central Leatherstocking Region was renamed to Central NY. So what you see there is the legal Central NY as defined by the government in Albany. I still call it the Central Leatherstocking, though.
