My CV is used by one of the big ten US consulting firms as their reference standard for CV/resume design. They hand it out to all consultants so that they can see what a decade of refining looks like. I took classes on resume design and interviewing while at university when I was eighteen as well and have worked in the field for three decades so have been focused on CV refinement for a very long time. It might not be perfect and certainly isn't for every situation, but it is a fair starting point for style and format choices.

I've recently been receiving a ton of calls for all sorts of crap.
It's been several years and has been great, I'm gonna re-register. Maybe the numbers fall off.

You mean the national list of known good phone numbers that is way easier to get than non registered numbers? A.K.A. the "hey scammers please call me" list?

I definitely avoid that list. It's like listing your number on a web site and saying "please don't email me."

There's lots of cool stuff to see in China, but I confess I would go there just for the crazy t-shirts. All kinds of weird Nazi stuff from Vietnam / Korea. Old Communist banners and posters / propaganda.
