First day of PTO after the holidays and still receiving calls, people can't figure out how to check a damn sent folder of a mailbox...

Oh and people get click happy, and break settings in software that all they need to do it, launch the application then click 2 buttons!

You need work calls to go to a different number, then you can direct it elsewhere when on PTO.
