Got this gem today on my home PC
Does that mean it block itself from running? Coz that looks like a social engineering campaign to me.

I didn't even know that social engineering was a way to make malware.
Pretty sure that that message itself is social engineering.

It's the only logical conclusion from the statement assuming that MS / Edge itself made the statement.
