          Our ERP software has almost no error handling or field checking... so it can crash if someone didn't fill in a field correctly... which happens almost daily. Very similar errors as that one... no information other then a '0' error code.

                Several discussions were had over RM and it's 'issues'....

                One: server wasn't built as I would have built it ... More need for redundant drives than to have 1TB of storage.

                Server/Client side went for v3.x to 6.x+ in one jump... others went from 3 to 4 to 5 to 6...

                Happy to come fix it...... But you'll need a support request.... 😛

                                  And the crashing issue every time, did a restart still same thing. Good way to throw me into this, because I sure as heck don't wanna call there support unless I have to. I'd be on hold the rest of the day.

                                        I know of a company that has voice mail boxes disabled on all IT department phones, so people have to put in tickets.
