      Development on the next version of OpenSuse began a few weeks ago and most of the updates are pretty much as expected, including the inclusion of Xen 4.4, but the one really big piece of news is the filesystem change. Suse is quite conservative so this is a major signal that BtrFS is seen as mature and ready for the big time.

      Recently Facebook too started rolling out BtrFS in their datacenters.
