go play ME1 (the controls are very weird on a PC, better use a controller) and finish the game. Complete each and every side mission and DLCs
import char in ME2
Finish the game doing each and every side mission and DLCs
import char in ME3
Again, finish the game doing each and every side mission and DLCs
Start over at ME1 as a paragon / badass char.

Well, it's best to play as 100% good OR bad buy, like in KOTOR for example. The main story is the same, the endings may differ a bit. But it's a different overall feeling.
