https://store.google.com/product/stadia_founders_editionTL;DR - free version with 1080p, $10/month for 4K Pro subscription. You buy the games, but if you pay for the 4K subscription there are some free games you get (like PS Plus). You can get the founders edition controller for $129 that includes 3 months of Pro subscription. Launches in November.

I was kinda hoping it would go on sale, but apparently the developers are keeping it full price for a while in order to provide free DLC. Not a bad tradeoff.

I call it "retirement planning"
. My expectation is that the retirement community I move to will be one big LAN party. -
