October 2015 Performance

What a month! October was, to say the least, completely epic around ML. Not only did the view record get beaten, which was no small feat considering some of our spike months in the past, but our post record was completely demolished. We came pretty close to actually doubling our high month of posting, ever.

Thanks to everyone in the community. This is only something that we can all do together. It looks like ML is finally hitting its stride and making critical mass. The rate of new people is very high, the healthy, around the clock posting is finally happening, new questions are starting to roll in.... it is all really coming together.

And the numbers in November are, thus far, even better than in October. We are off to a good start.

And those October numbers were with an outage as well of nearly an hour. That's 2,000 - 5,000 lost views from that, likely!

Okay, this is pretty incredible. Wake up in the morning, check the stats and find the busiest overnight ever. Our overnight (US night time) was busier than our daytime was just two months ago.

So, where is the "November 2015 Performance" thread?
We just passed 750,000 views, and today is the 16th!! By Wednesday, we should pass the all-time monthly high for views, and easily blow past 1,000,000 for the month. Way to go, Mangoes! -
I don't start the thread until we have numbers to post normally. I suppose we could start a placeholder and update it when the numbers come out.

We just crossed the finish line. November 17th and we've had more traffic than the entire month of October!
