We already had the first frost of the year a few days ago. Don't want to be doing this in -10 degree weather again. Then maybe a classic car show and a harvest festival afterward... depends if I can move or not. You need what my grandparents had, the truck backs up to the house and dumps the coal into the basement. That's great if you have a chute and a bin for it. I did bagged, so it was a dirty process of 2 bags at a time over the shoulder... off the pallet, in the house, down the steps, stacked on the pile, repeat. Yuck, to much like work.

However that was changed as I'll be solo for a football game and other normal tasks while my wife is off doing CE ... sigh what is point in planning something six months out if someone goes and changes it 3 weeks prior.... I'm thinking pork products and you're looking for coax and other odds and ends? What a dork... oh, wait. Ham radio. THEY CAN BROADCAST HAM????? Why wasn't I informed?!?!??!?!!??
-
@gjacobse There's a hamfest this weekend? That the one in Horseheads?

@dafyre Good luck with that... I didn't have any options when I got mine... it was just assigned to me.
-
@dafyre The amateur class is real easy to get, read through the material from fcc a couple of times the night before I took the test.
