                Well, and the fact that in normal use this wouldn't likely ever get that hot. Could be solved cheaply with either a heatsink (which I recommend regardless) and or thermal throttling by adding a thermometer.

                      As for where does the coffee sit, obviously you get a cup that sits over the heatsink rails

                        Nah man we need a flat plate style one that's integrated into a case. Sit mug on top of case.
