I could but it's too much work to try and log it all. I'm pretty good about knowing how many calories are in what I eat, so I keep a running tally in my head, roughly, from day to day. It's all approximation. I could log everything I eat and drink with the FitBit app, but I don't have the time nor the patience to do that.

My recommendation, unless you don't like having things on your wrist, is to get the Charge HR. Much more information is both gathered and tracked. Much more comprehensive IMO. And for a $50 difference, it's worth it.

I will put a plug in for my Apple Watch I LOVE IT (of course it was a gift so not paying the $350 would stop me fast).

It's definitely not five days. If It's fully charged and I run it til it's right about at the point it won't record any new data, or display the screen anymore, it'll work solidly for usually 2-2.5 days a shot. But it only takes about an hour to an hour and a half to charge. I always make sure to plug it into an USB 3.0 port on my PC to help it charge faster. It might go faster if I used an AC adapter (depending on the adapter). So when I'm chilling out, watching Netflix or something, I'll charge it and then it's good to go for another couple days. Not that big a deal.

How many times has it told you today to seek medical attention for your low blood pressure?

@thanksajdotcom Only 4 times. But It actually helped my Dr. diagnose my blood pressure issues. So it's worth it.
