I don't know if the pollo example is collect, but it makes sense. It was just a restaurant menu example, so they are easily wrong, too.
Yeah, I can only vouch for the American usage as being "arrabbiata" more often than not.

It's like never getting into an accident until you borrow your friends car. I'm just the type of dude to never borrow it lol. I only break the rules when i have absolutely no choice but to do so. That's why I'm here (mangolassi.it). I'm trying to figure out the right ruleset to follow to a degree
