For lunch today I am having a traditional St. Louis food: Pork Steak. This one was slowed cooked on the grill and I choose no sauce for this one. Sometimes I put sauce or a rub on it but today I didn't feel like it. Here is the link for what a Pork Steak is: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pork_steak

Those are hard to find in GA, but they are delicious. I like to do them slow on a smoker, minimal seasoning.

Croque with ham and egg for Becci and "Currywurst w/French fries" for me at some local bistro. Currywurst means "curry sausage".

I was super disappointed to discover that currywurst is just a regular sausage w/ curry ketchup (at least in UK). I had visions of delicious, curry-seasoned sausages with no ketchup in sight.
