I use Agave Nectar as a natural sweetener in my shakes. It's great
It's great for cocktails and marinades as well. I usually use it to make teriyaki sauce.

@RojoLoco Laura ordered a mojito this weekend at a crappy restaurant and I was explaining to her later that skill based drinks should never be ordered at a place like that. Now I'm researching how to make the perfect Mojito so I can show her what it's actually supposed to taste like

The key is skillful muddling and good rum. I recommend Mt Gay for a gold rum, Appleton silver for a white rum. Although, I went to one place that would simply "clap" the mint a couple of times to bruise it but left it whole. That was a great mojito.

Yep. I had the absolute best Mojito I've ever had at the Stanton Social in NYC. My brother and i got into a party there in the penthouse by posing as a new up and coming band. That was an interesting night/weekend

We found the most amazing little pasta place here in Palermo. Definitely packed with locals. An amazing pasta dinner is just $3!
