Spring chicken soup for me... It was surprisingly tasty!

I had awesome Mac & Cheese with truffle fries.

Lunch today was mochi.
My wife takes these, and puts them in the toaster for a few minutes, then boils them briefly.
Drop them in some kind of powder and serve.
Basically like this, minus the chocolate on top.

@JaredBusch I make mochi as well out of sweet rice (soaked over night). I roll it in coconut shavings. Healthy, awesome snack.
