What did you have for lunch or dinner today?

DInner last night i had this Spinach quinoa power salad from QFC (Kroger for folks back East) Spinach and quinoa(obvs) deli with onions cranberrries wheatberries pinapple, and i added some strawberries to it. Seriously one of the best things ive ever eaten.

Hopefully I will be getting some fresh, homegrown veggies from mom and pop to cook this weekend... If so, there will be some curry-spiced okra pods going on my grill very soon.

It's my last day in the Mohawk Valley for a bit, maybe only a week, so heading over to get some pizza shortly.

My fiance got me Butter Chicken from a really nice Indian restaurant for dinner. She is the greatest.

What's it like?
It's delicious, one of my favorite things about summertime. I like it best grilled, but it can also be dusted w/ cornmeal and fried. Many say that it has a slimy texture, but much less so when cooked right.
