Pancakes for dinner with real maple syrup!
We just poured off 4 gallons this weekend. A bit dark but still very tasty.
That’s a lot of pancakes.

That's like the only way to eat pancakes isn't it? We never even buy that other stuff. I know so many people that do maple syrup around here I never even have to buy it. Heck I just got a gallon for free the other day.

@jaredbusch My office is right near the Kitakata in Costa Mesa, CA. Didn't make it there yesterday though. You have to leave for lunch by 10:40 AM if you want to get a table for lunch without waiting for an hour there....

Well the one in Schaumburg just opened a few months ago, but yeah, always a good line.

Do you ship to the east coast? There is a ton of international food around Atlanta, but not so many middle eastern places.

Since I am at client site in NC all week, I get to have nice and different stuff... Today was Sushi.. Was pretty good.
May have Zaxby's since they are near by the office, or who knows what. I have a window,... but don't get to look out of it much. run run run..

Used the last of the cod filets I smoked on Sunday to make fish and grits for dinner last night. One of the best meals I've had in a while. Now I'm chomping at the bit to go catch some catfish to make this again.
