Time to get back onto eating healthy.. between long hours and vacation - I fell off the wagon - though, weight and waistline did manage to stay pretty rock solid.

I have started getting serious about my weight again. I was 109.8kg on April 17. Today I am 107.3kg. Short term goal is 100kg by July 4.
Long term goal has always been 90kg. -
