Tonight's menu: Hot smoked mahi tacos with pickled onions, red cabbage, and cotija cheese, borracho beans, roasted broccoli.
That sounds amazing.
They were, without exaggeration, the best fish tacos I've ever eaten. Had feta instead of cotija, couldn't find any cabbage, but still beyond amazing.
Well now I know what I want for lunch

Breakfast was “The Nasty Biscuit”
It was hash browns -> bottom biscuit -> half chicken fried chicken -> gravy -> cheesy scrambled eggs -> gravy -> top biscuit half

For dinner, Dominica made while broccoli and cheesy rice casserole, it was amazing. Doesn't sound like much of anything but wow was it good.
