What did you have for lunch or dinner today?

Smoked a whole duck (5 spice/maple glaze) on cherry wood, roasted duck fat baby potatoes, roasted broccoli & onions.

St. Louis style ribs from Costco. Thin sliced pork wrapped around cherry tomatoes and cooked. Chicken & dumplings, my recipe.

I've been eating like crap the past few days, for lunch I had a philly cheese steak sandwich for lunch, and pizza for dinner for 2 days in a row.
Gah, gotta get back to cooking some good food. Rice and beans even would be better.
Whatever gotta do what's needed to get through and move along.
