Like a week and a half I guess. Paul is working on scheduling his flight out for less than two weeks, and that's after the second shot.

Got some pizza doughs proofing, about to head to the store for veggies and other toppings. Going to do one with roasted squash/zucchini/red onion, one with grilled shrimp, baby greens, and gruyere. Other combos as well, for we shall be inspired by the produce selections.
