Bit of a boring lunch today, sadly, but, not by choice.
White rice, with chopped chicken (no skin), cooked in a vegatable stock cube. And tonight, for dinner (was not much better), more chicken with pasta, Cottage Cheese and boiled egg.
Oh gosh, roll on this Thursday night, please! food !!
There is always a choice... Life is way too short to eat boring food.

I've got some black beans and rice I made for lunch today... lots of bacon and cumin and garlic in the beans, some of the best I've made in a while. Might post the recipe later.

I am so excited that there is a Rockfish grill that close!!
@art_of_shred and I already talked about the fact we will have to set a budget for eating out cause there are so many awesome places to eat down there (unlike here we have awesome food but not many choices and they are all too far away).

Pretty much...
Put 2 cups of your favorite BBQ sauce, and 2 pounds of chicken in a gallon size freezer bag (or straight into the crock pot if you like), and cook on high for 4 hours.... Then shred chicken with mixer.

@Minion-Queen yeah. It's easy to eat out every meal. Authentic Costa Rican at the end of the street and a new taqueria has opened there too. Two Pandas right around the corner too.
