YOu didn't get a really good one, though. That's the problem with the conference food, it was good, but nothing like a Tahou's or University Hots plate.

A cup of corn chowder and a veggie plate w/ sauteed spinach, roasted butternut squash, fingerling potatoes, and grilled asparagus, with a side of sesame sticky rice. And a big mug of locally made Oktoberfest lager.

Chipotle for lunch.
But my dinner this past week was fresh caught wild Alaskan salmon. My GF's dad goes up with his son once a year and they catch a whole mess of salmon and package it up to bring back. So good.
