I am making a CentOS 7 VM on HyperV 2012R2. Should I make it a Gen 1 or Gen 2 Machine?

There is a big issue on SW with people being able to delete things.

So a Gen 2 should technically work... ill give it a try.

I would prefer Letchwood. I've been to Niagara and its best to cross into Canada to see it.

Just watched last nights South Park. I'm loving this season!!

I'm installing SnipeIT on it. I've been looking for a decent asset manager for awhile now.

@JaredBusch I am very much a noob with linux and don't really know what comes with it preinstalled or not as far as the minimal installs. So i just threw that info out for other noobs like me.

I have no choice but to fly, I think the drive for me would be close to 26 hours. Can't take off enough to cover 2 travel days each direction.

I love physics. I like to listen to lectures on it. I wish I could say I could fully understand it.

I'm driving to Houston (8 hours each way) for my Granddads 80th birthday.

Who uses Steam on Linux? I have a new computer come in and was thinking about loading Linux Mint on it and was curious about how well steam runs on it. (I know there will be some games that aren't compatible with Linux)
