The router is working pretty good. More a factor of the hardware than anything else, The DD-WRT is awesome. We are still going to swap out for the Buffalo product since it has the dual radios.

I have a bunch of recopies for crock-pot - but they have meat.

So - it was pretty intuitive. I have it all configured. Going to drop it in place to see if it works now.

So the downgrade went well. The move to the DD-WRT went well.

WOW - What a difference! It even forces you to change from the weak default passwords immediately. (I had factiry reset the device before doing the firmware)

Looks like Netgear does not like people using DD-WRT on their stuff. You have to downgrade to get it to load - the newer firmware is apparently checking for DD-WRT and blocking it now.
