I've been watching The 100 on Netflix with my wife. Started a bit teenage angsty, but got better and now we are hooked. Just about done with season 3.
I got to the mountain section of The 100 and haven't been able to get back to it. Too much stuff going on. I really liked several of the characters and overall development is pretty good.

I'm happy to install the UNMS controller as a new VM
But are the Unifi Switches that much different?
I don't think they are exceedingly different. They have a different firmware on them but I thought the hardware was pretty much the same under the hood. @JaredBusch would know more.

Which should you value more: Someone making your sandwich for you so you don't have to or proper ratio of peanut butter to jelly?
What is the proper ratio? Because i generally just load up on the peanut butter.
Whatever your preference is. Mine is 2.5:1 pb to jelly
Mine is likely closer to 10:1. Jelly is just there for the tiniest flavour. The PB is the meat of the sandwich.

Want good Pizza? Head up to Rochester or Buffalo. You'll get fantastic Pizza for a fraction of the price of downstate pizzas. Even where we are in the Southern Tier (where NYC gets their water) we have phenomenal Pizza... even at the crappiest NYC style places it's still good.

Automation doesn't "take jobs". It provides more jobs, actually.
That's not really true anymore. NYT had a big article on this when I was in college. Basically we hit the threshold in that year where automation was replacing more jobs then it was creating.

Explain what the 25 people working at your local McDonalds will be doing in 10 years when a couple robot burger flippers replace their entire work crew.
Japan already has these.
IIRC McD's was doing some experiments with the employee-less franchise not too long ago.

It's a decent book. I always enjoyed Twain as a writer. Although that's like saying I like water. Twain is a phenomenal writer I don't think that's ever been disputed.

Pretty much for good. We are expected to be "away" almost solidly until MangoCon, and then gone again right after MangoCon. So she is here probably at least till 2020, as we aren't here in 2019 much.
