@gjacobse I've seen similar behavior. This morning I could only see the default "No Open Tickets" one. Had to log out and back in to see my custom one.

Shouldn't event be changed to e? That would likely fix the issue with FF.

@quixoticjeremy Appears to only occur under some situations. For example --

• Select a ticket from the upper list
• Edit it, change the status to In Progress, and then save the ticket

At this point, you can click the edit icon and the ticket status is correctly maintained as In Progress. However, if you switch tickets and then come back to the current one before clicking edit, then the incorrect ticket status is shown (Open vs In Progress).

A couple of observations --

• When none of the Ticket Status checkboxes are checked, only open tickets are shown. I would expect all tickets to be shown.
• Need to be able to update / remove a View. Currently get the following when I try to Save Filter As View with an existing name

Appears that the sub-tickets are not being properly loaded in the master ticket.

The same could be said for the Recent Activity listing at the bottom.

There's an issue with the ticket status getting changed to Open whenever a ticket is edited and then saved.

@quixoticjustin Like the new dashboard. The confirmation dialog for closing/deleting a ticket is pretty bland. Also, could you make the Close button into a dual purpose one that would allow you to reopen a closed ticket?

Having delete anywhere that people look at it all of the time is probably bad. That's a super special case button that should almost always route to a manager for approval and should be trivially disabled as it often would need to be forbidden.

@anthonyh Probably not what you are after, but I know the MyFitnessPal app allows you to log type of exercise, sets, reps, weight, and calories.

A few thoughts about subticket handling --

• It would be good if we could filter on the type of ticket (primary / sub ticket)
• There should be a way to distinguish the status of a sub ticket (open, closed, etc) when viewed from the primary ticket view
• Along the same lines, there are times when I would only want to see the open subtickets when viewing the primary ticket. Can this be configured or maybe a option to toggle this on/off from within the ticket view?
