I have a fellow who is trying to view a document from a web page https://www.smartrecruiters.com and it's allowing it.

He is able to access the Contact, and see the attachment. When he clicks on it, it pops up the download bar and when you click on Open, nothing happens.

Yesterday he was able to do so, GPO should not have changed anything, and as near as I can tell - no new MS updates were applied.

The user prefers to use IE, and honestly seems that it's the same issue in Chrome too. He states it was working fine yesterday just not today. He's complaining he can't work due to this limitation.

I have a user that is having repeated Outlook 2013 issues with their O365 account.

Using Internet Explorer, she can log into her account with the password fine. No issues. so it is not a network or account issue.

But once a week for the last four weeks when she uses Outlook she is being prompted for her password. repeatedly...

We have changed her password, forced it but know it to not be a password issue. We have created a new Outlook profile and updated it. I've deleted the profiles and attempted to recreate them, but now can not get Outlook to configure due to repeated attempts to enter the password.

Currently I am doing a MS Office repair to see if this will correct the issue.

Of note:

• OS Windows 8.1
• Office 2013
• Remote / home worker
• Pertino installed and running normally.
• 2x remote Desktop

Successful creation of an ISO - finally.. took four attempts to complete. Part of the issue was the power setting. Helps to not let it go to sleep.
