In this case @coliver - it was what has already been received. A parcel arrived yesterday with some Swag from SW2016 - but also a great gift.

Active Directory Replication is something new to me. Previous Server systems I have maintained have not needed to have replication as they were only one system.

I am looking into why replication is failing between two sites. It was working, stopped, was addressed by another person and now seems to have stopped again.

Unless I am not waiting long enough for replication to occur.

What/Where should I start to look to try to isolate why the replication didn't occur?

This is a odd one. I have Surface that dropped a external monitor yesterday - no big deal.. I was able to go into the display properties and reconnect it.

Today, it has dropped both external monitors. But will not reconnect to either. It is connect to a dock. System has been restarted, thinking that maybe in hibernate it dropped the driver. Same result. Looking at the Event Log - I didn't see any Video or Monitor issues.

Windows 10 loaded, Bookmarks imported,.. now on to the important stuff... like Steam.

Nit that I quit using HTML.. but I learned that CMS like Joomla!, Drupal or Wordpress was faster and 'self standing'.

Got me away from all the MS tied software.

I would cool it ambiently and save money on my heating bills. Nothing says "I work in IT" like a server rack in your living room.
