Yeah, not here. Sewers aren't easily accessible (plant equipment required) and people can't walk in them.

The money might get caught in the filter at the treatment plant, if it doesn't clog the dunny.

Exactly. And the OS caches nearly everything too. And what it doesn't, the DB does.

That's the main reason why I was thinking of going dedicated cloud. A beefy server with full control by me, I can spin up those vSwitches without a problem and isolate my VMs behind it.

Wish I had enough cash to spend on that, even at $100 a month it's not too bad, just don't want to outlay that much to start it up.

In 5.5 the web client is definitely the official one.

I know it's the official one but the actual client installed works as well. They both work, even if the web client is the "official" one.

I haven't had any issues with functionality up til now. I'm on 5.5 and use the installed client exclusively.

It's considered depreciated, and they have announced it won't be updated going forward. The web client is missing a few features that the fat client has is the only reason its still available (specifically they say emergencies only). I'm also guessing this means the free version will be going away with 6 as the web vsphere client is part of the paid licenses. They've actually pulled the 5.5 Vi client from the website unless you have the direct links (http://vsphereclient.vmware.com/vsphereclient/1/9/9/3/0/7/2/VMware-viclient-all-5.5.0-1993072.exe)

No, but are part of the distro. How do you define "Linux" to compare to Windows if you don't include the things that can be installed with the base install?

Linux distros and Windows are fundamentally different things. If you can come up with a definition that is comparable between the two for comparison, I'd be surprised. There is no clear way to compare as they are just so different as to what is included. One is much, much more bare - but has tons and tons more in its "part of the distro" options. The other is never as bare, but comes with little additional.

I have a Moto X first gen with very little bloatware. The crap that verizon installs ontop i just go in and disable the apps. No big deal so now I have a stock android phone with no bloatware.

Yes pretty much all of them leak oil at the rear main seal (not enough to really hurt anything). Its just a jeep trademark. Also their cooling systems suck

But the good outweighs the bad big time.

When any load creates threads it has to limit how many it makes. It could be that whatever is doing the work only needs three threads in which to do it, or it is capped at three or it could be that it is three different things that are unrelated to one another.
