Not really, your employer should have processes in place for when someone calls in sick. Rather than "You better show up or else"

Because I'm not contagious, It was food poising - Dont feel the best because my stomach is still cramping, but other than that I can be at work .

Drink water to stay hydrated. Dehydration can make it worse.Also Bland food like the b.r.a.t (banana, rice, applesauce, toast) can help settle it.
