@scottalanmiller Aw but see, I don't understand the difference so to me, the joke works because I know nothing about what they're referring to, so for me, the joke is fine because I don't know any better. Although for that joke to work on me, I would have to actually watch this show and I think it's trash so I don't watch it to begin with. But I digress.

@thanksaj I feel bad for the big fat pumpkins - they just aren't as pretty as the small size. They're never perfectly round and bright orange.
And yes, I did just fat pumpkin discriminate.

Birthday Cakeposted in Water Closet
@NetworkNerd 's sister always makes our daughter's birthday cakes for her because, well, she's talented. This year Kate asked for a Jake and the Neverland Pirates cake...and Karyn delivered as usual! Just thought I'd share. CAKE CAKE 2

RE: Why I Hate Televisionposted in Water Closet
Well it's probably a good thing that I don't actually watch TV shows like this for their educational purposes.
I'd say most people don't care- they just want a good laugh and to be entertained. -

We had 900 pieces of candy and were left with less than 1 bag. Ran out of the 200 glow bracelets I had purchased in about 2 hours. The Pumpkin People are popular.

@scottalanmiller I just wanna know how you would possibly ever get all that fake cheese mess out of everything/where/whatever. I have a hard enough time getting it out from under my fingernails...but...ok, nevermind.

RE: Our Halloween Traditionposted in Water Closet
ok, so what's the max file size I can upload here? Apparently smaller than Facebook allows. I was going to add a few pumpkin pics but keep getting a "file too large" error.

@thanksaj GASP. Texas doesn't suck....we just aren't as good at some things as other states. I would never leave Texas.

This is depressingly beautiful. I say depressingly because it was 90 degrees here today and our trees are so confused they don't know what to do. When we do get a glimpse of fall color, it's gone in 24 hours.

@thanksaj
My taste in music is just fine, thank you. I heard nothing in that 20 seconds I tolerated that song to make me think there was anything amazing coming. I do just fine with music, thank you. My choices in favorited Sirius stations are quite nice and diverse. But none of them play this nonsense. But of course you apparently like Taylor Swift so......
